Microsoft Project Professional 2024 LTSC is the current one-time-purchase desktop edition of Microsoft's project management software for Windows. It covers scheduling, resource management, cost tracking and reporting, installed locally with no subscription.

Who is this edition for?
Project managers, engineers, construction planners and PMOs who want the full desktop tool without a monthly Project Plan subscription. LTSC stands for Long-Term Servicing Channel: the feature set stays fixed and you receive security and stability updates rather than rolling feature changes.
Project is a separate product and is not part of any Office suite. It installs alongside Office 2024 Professional Plus and shares the same interface.
Support lifecycle
The 2024 LTSC generation is supported by Microsoft until 9 October 2029, per its product lifecycle pages. That is three years longer than Project 2021.
