Delivery and Activation
Everything we sell is a digital product. Nothing is posted to you: your product key and instructions arrive by email, and you download the software directly from Microsoft.
How delivery works
- Place your order and complete payment at checkout.
- Your product key, download link and step-by-step activation instructions are sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
- If the email has not arrived, check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us with your order number.
Before you install
- Match the edition. A key only activates the exact product and edition it was issued for. A Windows 11 Pro key will not activate Windows 11 Home, and a Windows Office key will not work on a Mac.
- Check system requirements. Each product page lists them. Windows 11 in particular needs TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot.
- Remove older Office versions. Mixing Office generations, or 32-bit with 64-bit, on the same PC is the most common cause of installation errors.
How to activate
Windows 10 and Windows 11
Open Settings, go to System, then Activation, select Change product key and enter your key. On Windows 10 the path is Settings, Update and Security, Activation.
Microsoft Office, Project and Visio
Install the software using the link in your delivery email, open any app such as Word, and enter your product key when prompted.
Windows Server
If you installed an evaluation copy, convert it to the full edition with the DISM /Set-Edition command before entering your key. Entering a key directly into an evaluation install is the usual reason a valid server key is rejected.
If activation fails
Do not keep retrying the key, as repeated attempts can lock it. Take a screenshot of the error message and send it to our support team with your order number. Most activation errors come from an edition mismatch or a leftover older install, and both are quick to fix.
